Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-7 days to process your order depending on item ordered. Some items are made to order such as the fine art prints and framed prints take as long as 1 week or more as they are custom framed, packed and shipped. Expect an email within 1-7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up Friday and Saturday, from 4pm - 9pm, or we can meet you at your convenience, text 210-902-0233 for an appointment. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-7 business days using USPS or UPS. Shipping is FREE within United States Continent.  We do not ship outside of United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer FREE flat rate shipping to United States.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@tatumoriginals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
